This was a wonderful Airbnb experience. The home was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. The host was extremely responsive and made check-in smooth and hassle-free. The neighborhood was peaceful and well connected. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely courteous and always ready to help. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby places. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay,would love to visit again

Has parking space and the neighbourhood is so peaceful. Host is so polite and super responsive. Best place to stay near palolem beach

Not only was it furnished tastefully, the hosts made sure everything necessary for a comfortable stay was made available. The apartment complex is very well situated almost an equal distance between Patnem & Palolem beaches. The green ambience and well maintained swimming pool are added attractions. We will definitely return next year! Thanks to Devesh for all your assistance

We are a family and we stayed in devesh place for couple of nights. He took care of us from Israel even before we came.It really relax us! He is very kind and trustworthy. He helped with everything we asked immediately. It was really good experience to work with him! The garden is very nice.with trees and good quiet vibes. We really recommend!! Was welcomed at the entrance to the four corners by Devesh who then showed us the way to the apartment, the apartment is bright, fresh and looks very new. Everything inside was clean and well maintained, the apartment also benefits of a fair sized balcony and has a swimming pool in the complex, the owner was very helpful during our stay, even after losing our keys he was there with a new set immediately, you couldnt ask for a better host, can highly recommend and would most definitely stay again!

A beautiful clean 1BHK apartment with all amenities and more at a very safe private , quiet gated society. Just about 10 mins walking distance from Palolem beach. It’s a good size apartment and very well maintained and I felt safe for a solo female traveller like me. The kitchen is very well stocked and you have an espresso machine with complimentary coffee beans to brew your very own good coffee which is a great amenity for coffee lovers! The pool is big and maintained and the view is really nice from the balcony. You get basic stuffs like liquids detergent provided to do your laundry and a dryer stand to dry them out in the sunlight. Even the room cost was a steal in comparison to similar apartments in the same area. And the host is very professional, experienced, kind and quick to respond. Overall I had such an amazing 2 nights stay and would definitely recommend it and book again.

The place is very neat and well-maintained, with a peaceful vibe all around. The location is just perfect — close to both Palolem and Colom beaches and lots of small restaurants nearby. The host was kind and always ready to help with anything. We spent fun evenings playing card games. Totally worth it!
